  • What do I need to place an order?

    • To place an order, you must be over 19 years of age. With every order you will be required to include a photo or scan of a piece of photo ID with the following:
      • Your birth date, which shows that you are currently over 19 years old
      • Your mailing address, which matches the mailing address for your account on our site.
      • Your name, which matches the name for the account on our site.
    • Once your order is placed, you will receive information on how to send your payment. Please note that if you are not over 19 years of age, or your ID is not valid for any reason, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Once we confirm that you are over 19 years old and that your payment has been received, we will process your order.
  • How Do You Package my Shipment?

    • We know that discretion is important. We vacuum seal your weed products for freshness and bubble wrap for maximum protection. We use generic prepaid Canada Post Xpress envelopes to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.
  • Can I Cancel, Edit or Add to My Order?

    • Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at support@buy-cbd-oil-canada.ca and our support staff will update your order! We are also available on live chat and phone Mon-Fri 9-5
  • When Does My Order Ship Out?

    • Your order will ship one day after your E-transfer has been received and confirmed. All orders and payment received by 11:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Sorry, we only ship within Canada. There can be unexpected delays with shipping out products.
  • How Do I Place an Order?

    • Here is our step by step process:

    • Click on the checkout button, review your order to ensure everything is right and add in the discount code if you have one. Click next and login if you have an existing account or have purchased from us before. If you haven’t logged in before now is the time to create an account.

    • Here you will need to provide your shipping address, choose a password and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email. The name and address on the ID must match with the delivery address. Click on the “Create an Account” button and provide a unique user name and password.

Payment & Fees

  • What Are the Shipping Charges?

    • All orders over $149.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders under $149.00 there is a $15.00 shipping charge.
  • Is Tax Included?

    • Taxes vary based on your province which is listed separately on the invoice.
  • What Type of Payments Do You Accept?

    • At this time we accept Interac E-transfer payments through an online bank or credit union. To find out more please see our handy video tutorial. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment.

Pricing & Policies

  • How Does Your Price Match Guarantee Work?

    • The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and the Canadian competitor. Send us a screen shot or link for the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. Cannabis products like flowers may not always be eligible as the growers quality often varies with different batches. Our craftsman’s quality typically is far higher than our competitors because of their long history and experience in growing. Our price match policy does not apply to close out sales, limited quantity sales or errors on competitive advertisements.
  • What Is Your Refund Policy?

    • We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at support@buy-cbd-oil-canada.ca. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.

Shipping & Handling

  • The Tracking Number You Provided Doesn’t Work?

    • We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.
  • Canada Post Says Successfully Delivered but I Haven’t Received My Package?

    • Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:
    •  
      1. The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
      2. The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.
  • What Happens if I Don’t Get My Package?

    • If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at support@buy-cbd-oil-canada.ca. We do not provide traces with Canada Post and will not contact them if your order is lost. All lost packages are dealt with case by case.

Shipping Guarantees

  • Canada Post Safe Drop Option

    • We only insure the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option and we will not insure the “Safe Drop” delivery option.
  • Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec

    • Unfortunately the occurrence of theft is quite high in these areas and thus we cannot guarantee delivery if we ship your package there. This means we will not send you a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.
  • Signature Required Option?

    • We do not send packages out with signature required. If you would like your package to be sent out with signature required, please include this request in your order notes during the checkout process.
  • Replacements

    • If your shipment is deemed “not recoverable” by Canada Post we will send you a replacement package free of charge up to $200.00. We also will pay for shipping and the package will be sent with the “Signature Required” option.
